BUDA APARTMENT FULL RENOVATION
Our client got into a terrible scenario after he began his project with a different company that left him without completing the work. We took over his project and completed the renovation entirely.
As with most of our projects, our client does not live in Budapest and needed us to take care of his renovation and update on progress remotely.

Before
The previous company had started some demolition work and then left our client for a year without doing any further work. Everything had to be started from scratch so we laid out a precise step-by-step plan and started immediately.
This was originally a worn-out apartment from the seventies that needed a full renovation to be transformed into a very comfortable home.
Challenges
- Building a wide floor heating system
- Building a dual-fuel system that pairs an electric with a gas furnace
- Restoring all of the damaged doors and windows
- Taking over the project from another company
After
Maintaining our client’s vision of an elegant and comfortable apartment, we managed to complete this project on time. We have completely remodeled the bathroom, utility room and kitchen and have entirely restored the wooden floor, doors and have installed new windows. We have installed a full new electrical and plumbing system.

Our client was very satisfied and relieved with our work and is now able to fully use his new comfortable home. All in all, this was a good and challenging project for our team and we enjoyed working in such a beautiful building.
