Our client asked us to fully renovate this apartment in the party district in order to rent it out to future tenants.
As with most of our projects, our client does not live in Budapest and needed us to take care of his renovation and follow the project progress remotely.

Before
The apartment was worn out and outdated in style. A lot of damages had been caused by the latest tenants. The bathroom and kitchen areas needed a total makeover. The parquet floor was damaged and had to be restored. Plumbing and electrical work had to be done.
